A Commonsense Approach to Driver Education

Veteran Crash Investigator and Driver Safety Expert, Mike Pehl says-

Driver Ed Instructors understand that memorizing the number of feet that high-beam headlights shine is necessary to pass the permit test, but also KNOW that it’s more important for students to understand that they should always dim their high beams right away when they see an approaching car to avoid blinding the driver of that car. If you’re an instructor that believes in a commonsense approach we’d love to hear from you. Tell us your story or a driving technique that you use with success in the classroom or behind the wheel.
